This is the License agreement for Doit!
By having Doit! installed, you have agreed to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
Independent and Commercial License as follows:
1.Definitions:
a "You" stands for "Licensee"(Your person and business)
b "Licensee" is the end user of the product.
c "Doit!" is a maxscript panel written by Eric B. for use in 3dsmax to ease the setup process of .dts file exporting.
2.Grant of license:
Your license is bound to your choice of installed network hardware. This means that you can move your Doit! tool to a new system as long as that adapter/hardware component follows.
***If you want to use 1 Doit! license on several workstations, you can have your license bound to a wireless thumb unit. If such is the case, your license can float with the wireless thumb. If you do not use a wireless thumb or a moveable networking device, then a seperate license can be purchased for each workstation.
(Upgrading your Max Version will not cause your Doit! license to break if you have a license bound to your Networking device.)
3.Restrictions:
You may not sell, resell, dissect or 'cut and paste' any portion of this package for resale or to dispense.
You may not create a competing product from the knowledge learned by using Doit! or by being a licensee of Doit!.
You may not dispense this file. The license is non-transferable.
4.Disclaimer:
Doit! is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation,
implied warranties or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
The entire risk arising out of use or performance of Doit! remains with the licensee.
In no event shall the creator or the sellers of Doit! be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use
of or inability to use this Software product.

6. Extended Agreement:
The indy version is for persons, businesses and entities that have income less than $250,000.00(us) per year.
The commercial version is for persons, businesses and entities that have income more than $250,000.00(us) per year.
If you purchase doit! as an indy and then make $250,000(us) in a following year or years, you must buy/upgrade to a commercial license.
